You’re not ready for the nursing home yet. I’m 66 and fell off my bike two weeks ago. Avoided pedestrians with dogs. Leg and hand looks like yours plus bruised ribs. My 12-year-old showed me no mercy.

Yep – I raced my grandkids last July & damn broke my kneecap when I belly-flopped the floor … still limping a bit from that one … not sure if that memory was worth it, but it seemed like a good idea at the time! 🤔😂 Hope you heal up quickly!

Beware. I had one that looked similar and it got infected, apparently we hadn’t gotten all the red sand from our climb out, it left a nasty scar.
