  1. Yelling is important, it’s one of the less dangerous ways to work off stress (more on that later). What you need is a yelling room, a place where you can go by yourself to yell as much as you need, so that you don’t yell at people you like (other people you can yell at as much as you want, they don’t count).

    Now, stress. The working definition of stress: The conflict that arrises when the mind tries to stop the body from choking the living shit out of some asshole who desperately deserves it.
