They say to whisper in the wind. But what if that whisper simply begins again the want to scream and yell in that wind. What if you are tired of walking underneath the wind and bearing the weight of guilt that you have knowing you walked small for another. You allowed the pressure of the moment to pressure you into being someone else. And now you are nothing.

Sometimes, it’s very important, to just allow yourself to just blow UP, after all, keeping ALL those negative emotions locked up inside of you will eventually have an adverse effect on your physical, mental AND emotional healths, so long as when you express your negative emotions, you do it so that it doesn’t hurt yourself or someone else in the process, and you’ll be all right………
