  1. Thank you for this wonderful forum! I entered the blogging world a few months ago and what a gift it has been to read other people’s gift for words. I have been blessed, encouraged, challenged, and inspired!

My blog was created out of the book I just wrote concerning the Full Armor of God. It describes how to be protected using the gifts of God’s Son. Our purpose is to follow Him, and I write out of the perspective of an imperfect Christian. I stumble and fall, but I’m loved by my Savior.

My latest post is called, “Is Your Life a Pinterest Fail?” Hint: Mine sure is! ๐Ÿ™‚

I would love for you to stop by and see me, and I will do the same!

Thank you again OM for this wonderful networking platform, I have made amazing connections every time. ๐Ÿ™‚
So my latest post is about us- the twenty something peeps here and the myth of achieving everything while in our twenties. It’s a lot of pressure believe me. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  4. Thanks for the opportunity to share. ๐Ÿ™‚ I am already seeing some new blogs to subscribe to!

    Here is my post!

Have you thought about starting a blog but keep telling yourself it isnโ€™t worth it because no one will read what you write? Or maybe believe this about the blog you already have? Iโ€™ve heard this A LOT, from both strangers and friends. Iโ€™ve always said, โ€œWell, Iโ€™ll read your stuff!โ€, but I realize some people need a little more encouragement than that.

I went back through my mind and remember believing this about myself, though the purpose of my blog was never to be popular, then I went back to see how many people have actually read my content. What I found shocked me, made me cry, and will hopefully give you all the encouragement you need.

  10. Jason:

Thank you for hosting this Meet and Greet once again, its always eye opening to see all these bloggers on one site, no matter how large or small they are. My site is growing,,,which is why I’d love to have folks come check us out and stay for the adventure. We work hard, play hard and write about it when we have time. We love adventure travel, sailing, cruising and boats. Our link is: https://livefree2sailfast.wordpress

Here’s a story I wrote today about a family who lost their boat in the Atlantic in December 2016 and are trying to find it: https://livefree2sailfast.com/2017/03/12/if-youre-in-the-caribbean-help-this-family-find-dove-ii/

  11. Hey!
Been reading (or listening) to Samuel L Jackson talk about my fellow Black Brits taking on African American acting roles. Controversial, I guess it is but you know what – I agree with what he has to say. I had a similar experience when I got a broadcasting job when I lived in South Africa. Here is my story and see what you think.
    Cheers!

  12. Hi OM and everyone! I miss being here. I’ve been missing in action a for a few months after losing my mother unexpectedly over a year ago. Couldn’t even think about writing much let alone blogging. Fortunately, things have changed in the past few months, God is good! I have been super busy attending a program to acquire leadership certification to hopefully become a speaker or motivational coach and am currently in the process of having my first book published hopefully by May or June. Yay! I haven’t been blogging as much as I would like to or since I first started blogging because of my busyness lol but hopefully things will calm down in the next month or so. In the meantime, I would love to have you visit my blog at https://www.joaynn510.wordpress.com. I will do my best to post as time permits. Thank you in advance for visiting my blog and for your patience and understanding. P.S. OM I’m so glad you are still the compassionate gracious blogger I remember when first following your blog. Keep up the good work! Be blessed ๐Ÿ™‚

  13. First, thanks for the ability to discover so many new blogs on one post – it’s a great idea. You can find me here, daily, at https://davidguerrieriwrites.wordpress.com/2017/03/01/the-straightforward-poem/ – for future stories ranging from life, death, and everything in between. I think this short poem speaks true about how and what I tend to feel throughout the day. I hope you’ll join me and as always, keep writing, and thanks for reading.

  15. Jason – You are one of my main inspirations for blogging. I blog for awhile, overthink it, take a break, come back and you are there. Thank you for all you do for the blogging community. You model CONSISTENCY well! By the way, my blog as a whole new look and I am beginning a blog series on CONSISTENCY of all things. Why? Because we teach best what we need to learn (author unknown – but my husband always says it).

I am ready to take myself to the next level by running towards my purpose as a motivational speaker and Resilience Coach. I do not have a lot to share by way of professional coaching experience – but I understand RESILIENCE and have helped many for years informally.

No more fear! I am ready to do this and will not go away this time.

I look forward to people visiting my blog and responding to my posts!

    Peace and blessings to all!

It’s still a young blog, and I plan to explore more different directions in the future, maybe I will write about movies, music, programming, etc… Anyway, have a look, and I hope you’ll enjoy it:

  20. Hi

Thanks for this great opportunity to share about our blogs. Mine is at https://stevestillstanding.com

I write about a lot of things, including mental health, anxiety, depression, online dating, role playing games, poetry, working out, university, writing, books, movies, and more. Recently I’ve been writing Haiku.

It would probably be good if I kept it a little more specific, but hey, it’s cathartic.

Please feel free to drop by ๐Ÿ™‚

    Cheers

  21. Also, thank you for sharing your story so stoically. That sounds very difficult and emotionally, just…damn. I’m sorry you had to be separated from your birth mother and family, but I’m very glad you wound up with such wonderful parents and a stable, loving home environment.
