  1. quarter pound beef. then add the bread, all the WONderful toppings and …stuff … did you have fries? what to drink? sugar??

  2. The true weight for the day is in the morning before having your breakfast. It’s best to just be wearing your underwear when getting on the scale. Both clothes and shoes weigh 1 lb each. Any other pundage during the rest of the day is a combination of all your meals and drinks.Take it from me. I had my share of a weight loss journey to get to where I am now.
